Testing Out Crazy Diet

So about two weeks ago , I decided to go on an intense 7 days diet with two of my best friends .
The diet goes like this
Day 1 : EAT WATER-BASED VEGETABLE ONLY
Day 2 : EAT VEGETABLES ONLY
Day 3 : EAT FRUITS & VEGETABLES
Day 4 : BANANA & MILK
Day 5 : TOMATOES & A CUP OF RICE
Day 6 : VEGETABLES & A CUP OF RICE
Day 7 : VEGETABLES , FRUITS & A CUP OF RICE

Diet Diary

Day 1
For the first day , I only consume watermelon and grapes for the whole day . Watermelon is cold food in nature, so excessive intake of it kinda caused me to have diarrhea at night .
Starting weight : 57 kg

Day 2
I ate boiled broccoli and okra for brunch . For the boiled vegetable to taste better , I eat it with some soy sauce and some chilli powder . For dinner, I made a seaweed, vegetable soup.
Weight : 56 kg

Day 3
Watermelon for breakfast, then I kinda cheated for lunch and dinner. I had a bad gastric around noon and I forced myself to eat some rice with vegetables that I got from the cafeteria. As for dinner, me and my friends went to have McDonalds cause all of us are starving .Although I'ved cheated , my weight still reduced by 1 kg .
Weight : 55 kg

Day 4
I was supposed to only consume banana and milk, but I'm lactose intolerant so I only eat bananas. Bananas itself weren't filling enough for me so I also added vegetables to my diet on day 4 .
Weight : 54 kg

Day 5
One small bowl of rice, vegetables and tomato soup to get me through the whole day.My weight remains the same .
Weight : 54 kg

Day 6
I eat the same thing like the day before, but my weight has gone down by 1 kg.
Weight : 53 kg

Day 7
At this point , im just really hungry and cravings for some solid food . So i just screw the diet plan and cook myself a packet of korean instant noodle
Weight : 52 kg

My weight still remains the same till today . And what I learn through this 7 days diet program is that it is really suffering when you got a really bad gastric from these kind of diet , at that time I was feeling weak and I just can't stop vomiting so the conclusion is that exercising would be much easier to reduce your weight than doing this kind of diet plan . I have only gone through this for 7 days and it is already pretty hard for me , I really have no idea how those people gone through those 30 days program .

If you ever gonna try this diet plan out remember to drink as much water as you can . Do this at your own risk .

have you tried these kind of diet plan before ?

  1. Diets are dumb. Stick to a lifestyle full of fruits & vegetables instead of limiting yourself to one particular item. They all have necessary vitamins & minerals. :] // itsCarmen.com ☼

  5. Starvation diets never work, ever, but so many people fall for them, I'm glad you came to your senses!

The body needs a certain amount of calories and nutrients daily to remain healthy so losing weight this way is so dangerous and eventually your body will cling on to the calories and it would become impossible to lose any more weight, a sensible approach is the only way.

I always finding eating everything in moderation along with exercise is the way to go but by the sound of it you really don't need to lose weight at all. Enjoy the exercise!

    1. Thank you , seriously right now i would say losing weight with exercising is so much easier compare to doing diets . All the gastric pain is really not worth it

  11. There just doesn't seem to be enough food in there to keep you going, maybe do this 2 days a week, but not for seven in a row! xx Rebecca - UK fashion blog

  12. I admire you for trying this, but this is kind of intense! I agree with you, upping exercise and just eating healthily would work better long term that dropping a couple of kg only to put them back on again xx
